Amazing Instructor
Martin is a great instructor, he made me feel at ease and helped me massively with my confidence, as I was quite an anxious driver. I used to dread lessons with my previous instructor but with Martin I actually enjoyed learning! Having tried other schools before, I passed on my first attempt whilst having him as an instructor with only two faults. Would 100% recommend Martin.

Martin took me on after my last instructor retired when I was about 20 hours into lessons. I am pleased to say I passed my test first time with only 3 minors today. I can put that down to his excellent teaching and faith he has in all his students. i would highly recommend him as a driving instructor to new learners or anyone looking for a change in instructor. Honestly couldn't recommend enough, best driving instructor in the area. He is brilliant, so calm, patient and friendly. Martin is the best driving instructor. I have had previous instructors and Clarky's Driving School is the best. He has helped me significantly with confidence and has made me a safe driver. He is definitely the best in the area. If you are someone who struggles with confidence when driving, I would highly recommend.

Clarky's Driving School was so beneficial for me and I really enjoyed learning to drive as Martin was so calm, patient and kind. I loved my weekly lessons and I felt that I gained certain skills that I wouldn't have with another driving school!! I definitely recommend Clarky's Driving School.

Great Driving Instructor
Martin has been my driving instructor through the journey of passing my driving test with multiple lockdowns and cancelled tests due to the pandemic. He's very professional and friendly and knows how to make the driving experience stress free. He is honest and very patient and would never get upset or negative if I have made a mistake. We would simply talk about it and practice more, which is very important as there are already so many things to worry about when you are leaving to drive. I feel that Martin has taught me how to drive safely on the road and also gave me tips for good driving techniques. Would highly recommend Martin's driving lessons. Ugne November 2021

Excellent!! Martin has helped me improve my driving massively and to pass my test first time and gave me the confidence to believe I could pass. He was always calm and patient and always gives positive feedback and encourages you and I wouldn't of passed my test without him.

The Best! Support and patience are the words that better describe Martin. The lessons with Clarky's Driving School were highly instructive, clear and the progression follows the student needs, without pressure.
During the pandemic my test was cancelled a few times, Martin prioritised my lessons and test even though he was injured at that time.

I really loved all my driving lessons at Clarky's driving school. Martin is a patient instructor who explained everything to me very clearly. I never felt stressed in the car and I felt very comfortable and he helped me learn how to drive calmly and carefully. Also, the Covid protocols were very well done and I felt very safe in the car during the pandemic. Martin was quick to help with anything I had questions on. I always looked forward to my lessons every week and I passed my test much faster than I expected and I now feel I am a safe and confident driver, excited to start driving alone.
